The pyramid is legal, as it does not violate any of the requirements in rule 3.5.5.

My initial inclination on the pyramid was a concern about the bracers going more than ¼ turn around the top per rule 3.5.5. However, like we train the officials, when I went to look up the exact wording, it says that the top can’t go more than ¼ turn around the bracers. It doesn’t restrict it the other way around, as they are doing here. From a safety standpoint, that rule is so the top person that is released doesn’t have to have bases try to run all the way around a bracer while they are in the air.
