This can be made to be legal, but it is not as performed.
Rule 3.4.2 . . . A participant must not move over or be under a partner stunt
or pyramid except when helping build, stabilize or dismount that partner stunt or
pyramid.
They can’t jump over anyone in a stunt. There is a split second where the top person looks like her rear is touching the ground, but the timing is such that the jumper is over her at some point when she is still in the stunt. To make this so it’s not a judgement call every time, she needs to clearly be on the ground the entire time the person is jumping over her by adding at least a count on the ground. It is not going to be the same “down up” visual that it has right now, but that’s the only way to make sure it’s legal.
