85 – Illegal

The half prone from prep level is illegal by Rule 3-5-5. A release transition is required to be connected to a bracer with the exceptions found in 3-5-5-c. This does not fit that exception. There is a new rule which would allow a toss to a horizontal position, but it can’t go significantly higher than the catch, and this would definitely be significantly higher. The best way to do this legally is to have one of the bases remain on the foot of the top person so there’s no release.
