The rest of the sequence is legal. The top and backspot maintain contact on the vertical to horizontal, so it meets the requirements of 3.4.4. Even though they do move, that’s not a restriction if they are going to the original bases. The bases have to “remain in place and close” only if the catchers are not the original bases (3.4.4.c and d)
