#278 – Legal

Description

This would be a braced inversion, not a braced flip. A braced flip by definition is that there is a hip-over-head rotation. This is a twist where the shoulders drop below the waist, so it’s a braced inversion.

As a braced inversion, it’s legal because it has at least one hand/arm connection to a bracer. Legal by 3-3-3c.
