3-7-2: The top person’s descent was  controlled. It doesn’t say it has to be in contact all the way to the ground, though it could be implied. In most cases, coming down from a shoulder level stunt (which this is barely one if that) would mean someone descending in a standing position. In those cases, there’s not really a way to control the descent without having hands on to the ground. In this case, her momentum is no longer downward (again, to whatever extent it ever was downward) and she’s basically being released from the same level as if she were in a thigh stand.
